Orders can be tracked by the link sent to your email upon dispatch. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing time and another 1-2 business days before your tracking number can be tracked online. 

USPS ePacket and Standard International Mail

Our courier method currently provides the lowest delivery rate for our international customers. Note that USPS will hand your parcel to the local delivery service at your country once your parcel has left US. Sometimes, the delay in delivery is caused by the delay in delivery system at the destination country.

Customs Duties & Fees

The buyer assumes all responsibility for any customs duties or fees. 

The price displayed for goods sold by Dreasy is EXCLUSIVE of VAT.

In accordance with the laws governing members of the EU / UK, Customer may be charged VAT on all orders delivered to destinations in member countries of the EU / UK. VAT is charged in accordance with the local legislation in each member state. 

Note that customer from Europe countries may be required to pay VAT charges before the goods are released by local post. Please head to your local post office to retrieve your item as indicated by the tracking system. 

Dreasy will not refund orders which are seized by customs nor refund the VAT charges imposed by your country. 

Product Replacements / Lost Packages

Also, We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has left the United States. The buyer should be aware of whether or not a product can be shipped to their country before ordering.

Packages undeliverable by USPS and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
